A private pool & spa - facing south - is an absolute necessity for keeping the children amused in this Covid-19 / CV Summer double whammy! FR/KT and LR/DR combos allow for easy furniture placement. 4 BR - not big, but they'll enjoy their own rooms and a MBR with exit to yard, 2 closed, dbl vanities and a remodeled bath.
