It's true, I'm a little too close to this home to be objective. I personally rented it for 5 years and raised 4 sons here. It's a wonderful home in a nice, quiet community and a super convenient location for groceries, freeway, & inter-valley travel. Walking distance from all 3 highly-acclaimed DSUSD IB & CA distinguished schools, IID electric district, and wonderfully supportive landlords. A private pool & spa - facing south - is an absolute necessity for keeping the children amused in this Covid-19 / CV Summer double whammy! An open floor plan with ceramic tile throughout the living spaces is ideal for a busy household. FR/KT and LR/DR combos allow for easy furniture placement. 4 BR - not big, but they'll enjoy their own rooms and a MBR with exit to yard, 2 closed, dbl vanities and a remodeled bath. Ceiling fans and cathedral ceilings throughout. Reasonably priced w/2 year plus lease preferred.
